NHS Change Day: What’s your pledge?
This is our second out of three discussions with #NHSChangeDay. We wanted to do a follow-up NurChat closer to the time of #NHSChangeDay so we can help support and promote the fantastic idea of NHS workers making a pledge to change one thing, something, anything for the better.
NHS Change Day 13.03.2013 is inspired and led by a group of young and emerging clinical and managerial leaders in the NHS. It will be the single largest improvement event in the NHS to date. The aim is to mobilise 65,000 people who work for or support the NHS to make a small change for an overall big improvement, a target which has already been surpassed with an amazing 72,379 pledges!
So, if you can see where a small change could make a big difference, be proactive – speak up and share your idea in a sensitive way with your colleagues.
We’ve been asked to encourage you to make your pledges for #NHSChangeDay in advance, and you can do this in several ways:
- Go the NHS Change Day Pledge wall and make your pledge or join an existing pledge
- Tweet us @NurChat using #NHSChangeDay in your tweets
Or you can bring your pledge to life in video!
- Use Vine on twitter to post a short 6 second video to @NurChat
- Use YouTube to upload your video and tweet us the link @NurChat
Join us at 8pm GMT on Tuesday 5th March for another busy discussion on #NHSChangeDay. Here is a small selection of the relevant articles and information you might find useful when thinking about your pledge.
